Spanning over 50,000 square meters, the factory is equipped with a cluster of internationally advanced intelligent production facilities, establishing a full-process automated manufacturing system from component processing to complete vehicle assembly.

The factory boasts a three-dimensional intelligent manufacturing matrix:

Precision Machining Equipment: Two high-power laser cutters and one high-precision plasma cutter, complemented by four CNC punching machines and four CNC machine tools, ensure precise cutting and intricate processing of metal sheets. Three fully automatic bending machines handle complex structural forming, maintaining strict high-precision standards for components.

Automated Production Lines: Two intelligent mast production lines employ ABB robotic welding systems (5 sets in total), achieving fully automated welding for key structural parts with weld quality meeting international ISO 15614 standards.
