 Working Environment & Site Conditions: This encompasses the layout of the operational area, floor evenness, passageway width, and available workspace dimensions, which are critical for ensuring forklift maneuverability and safety.

 Cargo Parameters: Details on the size, weight, and shape of the goods to be handled, as these factors directly influence forklift load capacity, lifting mechanism design, and attachment requirements.

 Operational Efficiency Needs: Daily workload projections, desired productivity metrics, and staffing configurations, which help us optimize the forklift’s performance parameters and operational logistics.

Upon receiving comprehensive information, our engineering team will promptly develop a professional material handling design proposal within 2 working days. This plan integrates ergonomic considerations, safety standards, and operational efficiency to maximize utility. We then engage in detailed discussions with clients to fine-tune the proposal, ensuring every requirement is addressed before finalizing the order.

It is important to note that the production timeline for customized forklifts is longer than that for standard orders, typically ranging from 20 to 35 working days. This timeframe accounts for the meticulous crafting of specialized components, rigorous quality inspections, and system calibrations to guarantee that each customized forklift meets our stringent performance benchmarks.
